question God’s Word 2nd He changes

God’s Word

3rd He reinterpreted God’s Word

HIS APPROACH WAS RELIGION!

Kingdom of God Vs. Kingdom of Heaven

(Act 1:3-7) To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God:

And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me. For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days

hence. When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt

thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel? And he said unto them, It is not for you

to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.

I . What is the

Kingdom of God?

(Rom 14:17) For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but

righteousness, and peace, and joy in the

Holy Ghost.(Joh 3:3) Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily,

verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born

again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

(Luk 17:20-21) And when he was demanded of the

Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should

come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of

God cometh not with observation: Neither shall

they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is

within you.

(Joh 4:24) God is a Spirit: and they that

worship him must worship him in spirit

and in truth.

KINGDOM OF GOD

I . What is the

Kingdom of God?ANSWER:

IT IS A SPIRITUAL KINGDOM

II . What is the

Kingdom of

Heaven?

(Mat 8:11) And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and

shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac,

and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven.

(Mat 11:12) And from the days of John the Baptist

until now the kingdom of

heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by

force.

II . What is the

Kingdom of

Heaven?ANSWER: IT IS A LITERAL

PHYSICAL KINGDOM

III. The Importanc

e these Kingdoms

(Act 1:6-7) When they therefore were come

together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again

the kingdom to Israel? And he said unto them, It is not

for you to know the times or the seasons,

which the Father hath put in his own power.

(1Th 5:1-5) But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need

that I write unto you. For yourselves know perfectly that the

day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. For when they shall

say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as

travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. But ye,

brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. Ye are all the children of light,

and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.

These kingdoms

are the theme of the

Bible

IV. Tracing these

Kingdoms through

the Bible

1. Starting

with eternity

past

2. God places a king over

the kingdoms

(Eze 28:12-15) Son of man, take up a lamentation upon the king of Tyrus, and say

unto him, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect

in beauty. Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx,

and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created. Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and

down in the midst of the stones of fire. Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in

thee.

V. Transferrin

g these Kingdoms to a New

King

1. After Lucifer’s

fall

God Still has a plan that he intends to carry out. (Gen. 1:3- 2:7)

In Gen. 1:1-3, God takes 6 days to recreate the earth, to get ready to accomplish His plan for the universe (Watch the 7th day)

On the sixth day God creates a new king that he is going to give the Kingdoms to, and his name is Adam

GOD’S PROPHECY ABOUT CREATING MAN

(Gen 1:26) And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let

them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the

cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

THE FULFILLING OF THAT PROPHECY

“Dust of the Ground”… Body… In the likeness of Christ “ Breath of Life” … Spirit… In the likeness of the Holy Spirit “Man became a living soul” … In the likeness of the Father

MAN BECOMES A TRICHOTOMY OR A TRINITY… JUST LIKE GOD

2. In the Garden

a. God give Adam

the Crowns

over both Kingdoms

(Gen 1:26) And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have

dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all

the earth, and over every creeping thing

that creepeth upon the earth.

He is the King over

the Kingdom of God

HE IS THE SON OF GOD WITH THE IMAGE OF GOD

(Luk 3:38) Which was the son of Enos, which was the son of Seth, which was the son of Adam, which was the son of God.

Adam is a spiritual being made in the

image of God for the purpose of reigning over the Kingdom of

God (The spiritual kingdom)

God Gives him a Queen (Woman)

He is the King over

the Kingdom

of Heaven

(Gen 1:26) And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea,

and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over

every creeping thing that creepeth upon

the earth.

Adam as King , he has dominion Notice the Dominion is over the things in the earth (Physical)

He has dominion over the whole earth

(Gen 1:27-28) So God created man in his own

image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them,

and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and

multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air,

and over every living thing that moveth upon the

earth.

GOD HAS PLAN FOR MR. AND MRS. ADAM

(Gen 5:2) Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called

their name Adam, in the day when they were created.

(Gen 2:22-23) And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man. And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she

shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.

b. God gave Adam

the Commissio

n over both

Kingdoms

UNDERSTANDING THE COMMISSION

God basically says “I want you to fill the earth with a spiritual race of people who

will willingly choose to glorify and worship

me because they love me”

COMPREHENDING THE PRIVILEGE

At this point Adam has the ability to

populate the Kingdom with “Son of God”

REMEMBER THE ENEMY

Before Adam ever was created in the Garden, Lucifer has made himself the enemy

of God in that vary place As soon as God took Adam from the dust of the ground and gave him the kingdoms, he was the sworn enemy of

Satan

REMEMBER THE ENEMY

Satan would have immediately set his sights on destroying God’s plan through

Adam

As a result he approaches the woman and causes them

to sin and lose the kingdom

VI. The Splitting of these

Kingdoms

A. Kingdom of God?

1. Adam dies

spiritually and

loses the Image of

God

(Gen 2:17) But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not

eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

(Gen 5:2-3) Male and female created he them; and blessed

them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.

And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in

his own likeness, after his image; and called his name Seth:

2. As a result he loses the crown to

the “Kingdo

m of God”

3. When Adam loses the crown

to the kingdom,

no man can wear it

unless he has the

Image of God

(2Co 4:4) In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the

light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

(Col 1:15) Who is the image of the invisible

God, the firstborn of every creature:

(Heb 1:3) Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the

Majesty on high;(Joh 1:14) And the Word was

made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the

glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and

truth.

4. The Kingdom

leaves this plant and doesn’t

return until Christ

shows up

(Mar 1:14-15) Now after that John was put in

prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the

gospel of the kingdom of God, And saying, The time is fulfilled, and

the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and

believe the gospel.

(Joh 4:23-24) But the hour cometh, and now

is, when the true worshippers shall

worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for

the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that

worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

(1Co 15:45-47) And so it is written, The first man Adam

was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a

quickening spirit. Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual. The first man is of the earth, earthy:

the second man is the Lord from heaven.

5. The promise to restore the kingdom

(Gen 3:15) And I will put enmity

between thee and the woman, and

between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his

heel.
