God made us because of His love. Allpeople who believe in Jesus belong to God.Even when His children do bad things,God still loves them. God is a Fatherto His children. What a wonderful andsafe feeling it is to be loved by God!

WE BELONG TO GOD

We belong to God because He madeus. We are His. We do not belong toanyone else. The Bible says that a pricewas paid for us. Jesus was the price.He died to redeem us. When we acceptJesus as our Savior we are God’s children.

People did not always do the rightthing. They lied, cheated, and hurt eachother. They became angry and selfish.They forgot about God. They were veryunhappy.

God saw that His people neededhelp. He sent Jesus to help the people.Jesus told the people about God’s will.He taught them how to live. He toldthem to love God and each other. Thenthey could be happy and live usefullives. Jesus even gave up His life toshow us the way. He was glad to diefor us. He was God’s Son and filledwith God’s love. Ask your teacher tosing this song with you.
