you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;

I. The most important part of the Gospel exactly is:

Christ died for our sins as the scriptures say.

He was buried, and three days later he was raised to life,

as the scriptures say.

II. Eyewitness of Christ’s Resurrection and Ascension

Christ appeared to 12 apostles. More than 500 brothers and sisters at

once.1 Corinthians 15:5-7

III. The Consequences of Denying the Resurrection

What will we do if Christ is not risen? If Christ is not risen, the there will be no

resurrection of the dead. If Christ is not risen, our preaching is useless

and our faith is vain. Our sins stay hopelessly. 1 Corinthians

15:12-14 I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in

your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins. John 8:24
