Perspectives, the Targets and the KPI’s

Targets are only to be defined in numbers,

To ensure, it will be measureable!

Targets can be

based on objective KPI„STargets can be

based on subjective KPI„S

Sales/ Sales(Unit) / Revenue / Accuracy ….. Fairness/ Contract negotiations / Flexibility / Keeping of engagements

Subjective Qualifying and Weightings deliver a general opinion, that does reflect the actual quality

of the collaboration(in this case reg. the supplier) as well as a trend for a better or worse quality.

Even if a supplier does have from an objective point of view a good reputation, based on the

subjective qualification the contacts can be qualified badly, which can influence the collaboration

foreseeable. Those are indices to secure in time a good collaboration by e.g. exchanging contacts

on the supplier-side as well as on the retails-side.
