BIBLIOGRAPHY OF POLISH PHILOSOPHY OF NATURAL SCIENCE

Compiled by MAREK BIELECKI and WITOLD STRA WINSKI

Edited by CAROLYN R. FAWCETT

The bibliography presented below brings together works on philosophy of science published by Polish authors over the last fifty years (1930-1980). In principle it contains only publications on the philosophy of the natural sciences, but in some cases the range has been extended by introducing those works on general methodology, logic and metamathematics which seem to have influenced the development of philosophy of natural science in Poland. The bibliography contains books and papers published in English, French and German; it contains also books and some selected papers published in Polish. All works by Polish authors which have been cited by the contributors to this volume have been included in this bibliography. The bibliography is arranged alphabetically by author, and chronologically within each author's listing. No distinction is made between books and articles.
