Designing and administering tests – knowledge: the requisite aptitude tests including the IQ tests, numerical ability, language skills, thinking skills, learning skills, mechanical reasoning, Safety etc.

Designing and administering tests - Skills: Psycho Diagnostic tests (PDT), to ensure capability in doing repetitive jobs, Manual dexterity tests, Finger dexterity tests etc.
