Support the school requirement to regularly provide accurate information/reports to parents on their childs learning progress by contributing to student personal files and achievement records, including:

monitoring student achievements; recording all work covered and progress details into the students personal file; suggesting possible changes to the Negotiated Education Plan; suggesting the need to undertake additional work; advising when students have advanced to a particular stage; and

Assisting teaching staff in preparing term reports. Assist teaching staff in providing appropriate school related excursions by undertaking the required support activities, including:

arranging transport;

collecting parent consent forms; Attending excursions with teaching staff to assist in maintaining discipline and the safety of students. Contribute to the care, general well being and safety of all students by monitoring student behaviour and taking appropriate action in accordance with child protection requirements.

Milestones

Initiated HLFPPT / Swagati Project (Female Sex workers) HIV/AIDS prevention project.

Conducted an advocacy during inception of HLFPPT/ Swagati (Female Sex workers) HIV/AIDS project with superintendent of Police and Circle Inspectors i.e. In Krishna dist for smooth functioning of the project. Taking that as a cue the same practice was adopted in all districts.
