    Lenin (Imperialism)

    Nikolai Lenin

    (1870-1924)

    Nikolai Lenin the new beatified saint of Bolshevizing, was not only a

    revolutionary leader of great sagacity and practical ability, but was also a

    writer and thinker of exceptional penetration and power. He claimed to be

    nothing more than a faithful disciple and authentic interpreter of Marx and

    Engels and his writing reveal a mind quite aware of the deeper

    philosophical implications of the Marxian creed

    The man who made Marxism a practical political creed in Russia was

    Vladimir llyich ulyanov, or Lenin as he later called himself. He has claims to

    be a philosopher in his own right, if not original yet rigorous, as well as an

    export of one of the most significant political philosophies of our day. He

    was a more combination of theorist and man of action. He had a keen

    intellect and displayed considerable interest in the theoretical aspects of

    Marxian socialism but his theoretical interest were directed of the end goal

    of bringing about a successful socialist revolution tactics and techniques

    loomed large in his thinking and writing. He was especially concerned with

    the period of transition from capitalism to socialism and contributed much

    in the way of theory on this subject that Marx and Engels had neglected, or

    discussed ambiguously.

    Life- history:-

    The real name of Lenin was Vladimir llyrich ulinov. Lenin was mainly

    his pen name. he was born in 1870 and he was the second child of his

    father lliya ulinov who had six children. Lenin was imbibed with the

    revolutionary tradition, when he has 17. His elder brother Alexander wasexecuted for complicity in a plot to assassinate. Alexander III, the czar.

    While at the university of Kazan, Lenin was converted to Marxism and

    eventually expelled for revolutionary activities. In 1892, he came to

    Petersburg, where he organized a league for the emancipation of the work

    class by combining a number of small Marxists groups which had

    developed in peters bung. He was arrested for revolutionary activities and

    exiled to Siberia in 1898. In the mean while a significant development took

    place and a socialist worker Democratic Party was farmed.

    On his red case Lenin got himself associated with the revolutionary

    movement which had its affiliation with the social Democratic party. He

    became one of the editions of the weekly iskore (spanhs) it was in this

    paper that Vladimir signed his article as Leninism was soon brought face to

    face with other countries with the various sections of the working classmovement. Economists were more faithful, to Marx when they maintained

    that the class consciousness must come spontaneously. As against this,

    Lenin believed in the conscious activity directed to stimulate class

    conscious needs
