Please refer to your RTI request made to CPIO Mlo IampB (F No R110115492014-IFC dtd 21-04-2014) A Copy of this reference has been received in this Directorate through the Under Secretary (FS) Mlo IampB vide his IDNo 1shy11 0113542014-MUC dtd 23-04-2014 for supply if requisite information in the matter to you

2 In this regard it is stated that our campaign wing has intimated that records pertaining to the campaigns (i) India Shining amp (ii) Mera Bharat Mahan are no longer available with it Computerization of the records was done from 2007 onwards However they have further confirmed that DAVP has not run campaign called Mera Bharat Mahan In view of the above Accounts wing is not in a position to make available details in respect of expenditure incurred on India shining campaign since it is not known to accounts wing if this campaign was an exclusive one and fund was exclusively earmarked for this campaign If this campaign was running in a mixed manner with other campaigns then unless RO details are made available to Accounts wing it may not be in a position to provide information The work however could be voluminous- one because at that time records in Accounts wing also were -being-~shymaintained manually
