BH hammer series
BH series of hammers have been designed to accept high oil flows. Usually there is no need to restrict the carrier oil flow for the hammer.
High oil flows are typical for backhoe loaders.
Robi BH hammers will produce full impact energy ( CBE principle) also with lower oil flows which are typical for mini excavators , skid steer loaders, stationary boom systems and demolition robots.
Robi BH series is available in standard side plate and enclosed sound suppressed versions.
BH series top mounted version
Robi BH30T and BH50T hammers are top mount side plate designs i.e. installation to the carrier is done by quick hitch or traditional pin type mounting bracket.
Bracket type of fastening makes it easy to use hammer in different carriers e.g. in rental use.
Strong side plates are re-inforced all around and provide a good protection for hammer body and the front end
BH series pin mounted version
Robi BH30P and BH50P hammers are side mount side plate designs i.e. installation to the carrier is done by direct pin mount to the backhoe boom end.
Pin type of fastening makes it easy to install without any extra weight.
Pin type side mounted hammer can be tucked under the backhoe loader boom for easy transportation.
Strong side plates provide a good protection for hammer body and the front end
Please note that the pin mounted hammer can not be adapted to all carrier machines directly.
BH series Pin Mount Transportation Position
BH30P and BH50P models fit directly to many backhoe loader boom ends.
Hammer is designed so that it is possible to tuck the hammer under the boom for transportation.
BH series sound suppressed version
Robi BH30C , BH50C and BH80C hammers are top mount sound suppressed designs i.e. installation to the carrier is done by quick hitch or traditional pin type mounting bracket.
Bracket type of fastening makes it easy to use hammer in different carriers e.g. in rental use.
Strong side plates cover the hammer fully and provide a good protection for hammer hydraulic power cell and the front end.
Sound suppression elements provide also as an efficient vibration damping.

EH30 Productivity in Concrete Breaking
Productivity means ability to break compact concrete. Volume of broken material is typically 1,5 - 1,9 times the volume of the solid structure, depending on the amount of rebar. Productivity is reduced in narrow or upwards applications, in selective demolition, with badly suited or special carriers etc.
Light demolition applications are e.g. brick walls or concrete with no rebar.
Average demolition applications are typically housing facilities, walls, ceilings between floors with minimum re-inforcements.
Tough demolition applications are factory machinery foundations, bridge pillars, bomb shelters, bank vaults etc. BH series hammers are best suited for light, averagely tough jobs and for occasional use in tough applications.
The figures are for comparisonand evaluation purposes only. Results will vary depending onoperator, carrier and job con-
ditions.
BH30 Field Noise levels
The noise decal in every CE- labeled hammer refers to values measured and calculated according to EU directive no. 2000/14/EC. This is a measurement which provides theoretical values which should not be exceeded in any circumstances.
Field noise level measurements are giving more likely scenario what will be the actual noise value in the work site. Please use these curves as a guiding indication only.
The actual noise at the work site should be always measured by trained health and safety personnel with proper measuring gear.

ditions.
