BevEx Energy Plus pythons are designed to offer improved energy efficiency which achieves savings in energy consumption and reduced heat gain on the dispense system. PE Ultra tube is manufactured by BevEx from a specially formulated blend of polyethylene materials using optimised process conditions, resulting in an ultra-smooth surface; the raw materials are 100% virgin ensuring compliance with both European and American regulations regarding articles for food use. Research by a leading UK University has demonstrated the benefits of these developments, and surface analysis techniques were employed to demonstrate the improved result.

PE Flexi tube, manufactured by Bevex Ltd, is a two layer design comprising a PE inner layer with a flexible co-polymer outer layer. 100% virgin raw materials are used ensuring compliance with both European and American regulations regarding articles for food use. Surface smoothness is measured by Ra value which is the Roughness average of a measured surface.A Talysurf CL1 2000 fitted with an Inductive Gauge Probe was used to perform the Ra measurements at four different positions around the inner surfaces.

Both reinforced and transparent tube are available in standard 30m coils. Anti-microbial tubing is made to order and will be subject to minimum order quantities.

CLEAR & REINFORCED FOOD GRADE & ANTIMICROBIAL PVC TUBING

Clear and reinforced food grade PVC tube supplied by BevEx Ltd is manufactured from specially developed food grade 100% virgin raw materials ensuring compliance with both European and American regulations regarding articles for food use.

Also available is a range of antimicrobial tubing containing a special FDA approved formulation of PVC. This material has been developed to combat the microbial organisms that can be harmful, such as MRSA, E-Coli, Pseudomonas, Streptococci and Salmonella. This material also protects against microbial organisms that cause product deterioration, discolouration and bad odours. The Bevex Anti-Microbial PVC offers all the properties associated with our standard PVC products but with added anti-bacterial protection. Further information is available upon request.

ApplicationsClear and braided PVC tube are used in both soft drink and beer applications. Anti microbial tubing is designed for use in hospitals and healthcare due to its ability to destroy bacterial cells. Note: Not recommended for Glycol applications or push-fit fittings.

K-FLEX K-FIRE aims to provide designers and installers with a complete range of solutions for fire protection, capable of ensuring the compliance to the most stringent regulatory requirements.

K-FLEX K-FIRE solutions are economical, versatile, easy to install and, above all, reliable.

Each solution of K-FLEX K-FIRE is tested by independent and recognized laboratories and evaluated according to the current standard of fire resistance tests.

K-FLEX continues to develop new products and solutions able to meet the requirements of fire stopping and fire protection applications.

SEALANTS

The Sealant range is comprised of Acrylic and Silicon Sealants to provide the installer the best products for every application. K-FLEX sealants have been tested according to both EN1366-4 to be used on both services penetrations and linear gaps. K-FLEX Sealants can be used as an individual solution for a wide range of applications or combined with other products, within the K-FLEX K-FIRE range, to improve the performance of the installation. These combinations can reduce cold smoke passage in the early stages of a fire and increase sound insulation performance.

K-FLEX K-FIRE Python Closer

This passive fire protection product is specifically designed and tested to work when installed around a Bevex Drinks Python. This device comprises a stainless steel collar with an intumescent liner which, when exposed to fire conditions, expands to fill the opening left should the python burn away, thereby maintaining the fire integrity and insulation performance of the floor or wall.

Our various specifications of PVC Nitrile, EPDM and Non Halogen foam products are available in different grades and thicknesses to suit customer applications.

Standard products are offered in 1m wide sheets in 3mm, 6mm, 9mm, 13mm, 19mm, 25mm, 32mm, 40mm & 50mm thicknesses.

Closed cell elastomeric foam tape, colour black, thickness 3mm, width 50mm, one side adhesive with protective film. Available in cartons of 12 rolls. Suitable for hot and cold pipe insulation; specifically designed for refrigeration, air-conditioning and heating and plumbing applications where it is not possible to form a properly insulated assembly or joint. Can also be used as joint protection.
