“25 Jumpstart” Script

Before every call – The new BB (Business Builder/New Consultant) will share some key points about the person you are calling AND prior to the calling appointment e-mail their sponsor

(person who signed up the new consultant) their 25 person list and how they know each person. So...how they know them, what they do for a living, do they use Arbonne product or know

what Arbonne is, etc… We recommend writing it down so you can reference it during the call.

NEW BB (Your New Consultant) Script

“Hi ____________ (person you are calling), Do you have a minute to talk? Awesome!! Well you may or may not know that I just started a new business with Arbonne and I am really excited about it, (Share reason why you are doing it – ex: stay home with children, make some money

Listen to the answers and customize a basket for them with products they may be interested in based on their answers. Confirm a time that ________(New consultant) and Prospect (Person you are calling) will meet and also let them know the pamper basket is for a

3-5 day period and at the end the ___________(New Consultant) will pick it up and get their feedback as to what they thought of the products.

Note: If they say YES, be sure to include your New Consultant in this conversation so they can firm up a drop-off time that works for both the New Consultant and

Prospect/Person you are calling.

are with Arbonne or an Arbonne Consultant)

OTHER IMPORTANT TIPS: • Have your calendar ready with open dates for presentations, follow up calls, and drop offs • Schedule the activity that day! If they cannot pick a date right then, schedule a time later

in the day to get their date! NO MATTER WHAT!! This is a calendar filling activity! • All calls should take less than 3-4 mins! Remember short & sweet and to the point;

do not take up the person’s time! • ASK THE FAVOURS IN ORDER FROM TOP TO BOTTOM!!! CRUCIAL!!! Ask for a presentation, then

pause…If “No” then ask for a Feedback Call, then pause…If “No” then ask them to a launch, then pause…If “No” then ask for a pamper basket, then pause…If “No” then ask if they would try a sample, pause. Do not give them all the options at once, they will be confused and will only pick the sample if you do!
