TNT Fitness was originally established in October, 1991.

The vision was to provide the ultimate training facility offering state of the art equipment, personal training and aerobic group exercise. As other fitness facilities have come and gone during this period, TNT now has the reputation of the “Club” to belong to on the Treasure Coast.

Since January 1, 2012, we have been expanding our focus and passion. We recognize the struggles associated with this new economy, and we don’t want anyone to sacrifice their health and fitness over finance. For this reason, we are working with our local community by offering affordable options through these trying times. TNT now features “Family Fitness” as well as “Buddy Fitness”.

With childhood obesity on the rise, TNT Family Fitness Center has decided to join the fight by putting our focus on “Family Fitness”. No need to leave the kids at home. Our memberships now start at 9 years of age and include classes specific to their age group.

Studies also show that having a workout “Buddy” almost doubles the likelihood of you reaching your health and fitness goals. For this reason, we are offering 2 for 1 memberships at only $19.99 per month.

TNT now offers over 40 Aerobic classes weekly, ranging from Zumba to Kickboxing to Yoga to Spinning. In addition, we are the ONLY fitness facility on the Treasure Coast where ALL of the Zumba instructors are CERTIFIED ZUMBA instructors.

TNT’s goal is to truly impact your health and fitness. Unlike other facilities, we pay for your first 3 sessions with a Personal Trainer because of the priority we put on knowledge. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain weight, or maintain your weight, these sessions will help you design the proper program for you to achieve results.

Q: I’m here today for the Anti-Aging Facial Treatment. What am I getting myself into?
