25. The eligible Gift Card(s) will be sent by Incenplus (“Fulfillment Agency”) to the eligible Participant’s address specified in the redemption form. LGE shall not be responsible for any inaccurate name or postal address information provided by the eligible Participant which resulted in the eligible PETRONAS Gift Card(s) not being delivered.

26 Incenplus, “Fulfillment Agency” shall be fully responsible to deliver the eligible Gift Card(s) to the eligible Participant. LGE shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay or non-delivery of the eligible Gift Card(s) due to any reason.
