• Board audits are one of the most powerful methods available to establish the status
quo of a board. However, the quality of these audits varies greatly. The market is highly
fragmented. The players are either large headhunting firms where clients fear a conflict
of interest or sole practitioners who develop their own methods.
• As an approved training provider for Continuous Coach Education by the International
Coach Federation, we are proud to offer training that is unique in many ways:
• It is the first accredited training programme for board advisors.
• It provides participants with a licence to use an evidence-based board online tool.
• It offers access to international good board development practice that has already
been subjected to stringent peer review processes.
• It delivers the opportunity to become part of a strong community of board advisors
where continuous learning and sharing takes place.

how that are decisive for your success, whether you work as a trainer,
management consultant, HR professional, headhunter or as an executive coach.

Education Provider (CCE) and therefore can provide you with a certificate that counts
towards your status as a professional coach in the marketplace. You will receive 26
Continuous Coach Education Units. For those who are not members of the
International Coach Federation, this provides added security that this is a
professional programme that adheres to the highest international standards.

Feedback from the clients
‘I got a lot out of it and now understand
my colleagues even better. Our
communication has improved and I
have the feeling that we are much more
focused on being one company rather
than each of us looking after our own
areas of responsibility. We are more
honest with each other and information
is flowing more freely.’ (COO)
‘It helped me to get my feet under the
table much more quickly. It would
have taken months and months to get
to know the board like this, otherwise I
would have had to learn the hard way.’
(New board member)
‘I will benefit from the knowledge
gained from this exercise in the years
to come on this and other boards. This
was really an exercise to develop us
individually and I am glad that our CEO
initiated this.’ (COO)

‘The beauty of it was that you made us
focus on real issues. Without the audit
we would have lamented and it would
have gotten quite personal. Now each
one of us has concrete issues to work
on.’ (CEO)
