ProblemThe Beta Gamma Chapter here at the University of Idaho is in need of planning and organizing a summer retreat for all active brothers who will be attending the University in the fall. Advice from our fraternity’s National Headquarters in Iowa city, Iowa was that a summer retreat with our own chapter will help brothers from having to come in to the semester after a long summer and start planning things in the beginning of the semester when most brothers are already busy with classes and trying to organize schedules. This retreat will imitate our national retreat but will fit the needs of the Beta Gamma University of Idaho chapter. The retreat would be held to plan things and hold workshops to have a plan of action for the upcoming year. Usually we wait until the semester starts and it is very difficult to have all the brothers on the same page and know what needs to get done since everyone is so busy at the beginning of every semester.
