MagDryLine

MagDryLine was developed to lower and stabilise hydrogen pickup in tundish

–  No organic components in binding system –  Less hydrogen and no carbon to steel

MagDryLine has also reduced the amount of crop loss in the beginning of casting

− Before introducing MDL client scrapped 5m, after initialising only 0,5m

Wear lining can be cured with two different options: 1.  Back lining heat −  If back lining heat is higher than 200 °C −  Energy savings −  Extremely good surface quality for wear lining

2.  Heating lid −  If back lining heat is lower than 200 °C −  Lid is the primary heat source for forming the bond in the material
