CITIZEN INTEGRATION PLAN FOR THE VALENCIAN REGION

Defines INTEGRATION as:

An inclusive PROCESS through which citizen acquire a Juridical Statute of Rights and homogeneous Civil and Political Freedoms, and by means of which a PERSON joins a group to form part of it in a cohesive way.

Through this PROCESS, freedom and equality obtain fullness, making CITIZEN PARTICIPATION possible on all social spheres.

At the same time, this PARTICIPATION is based on the CITIZEN and on his/her diverse necessities. In addition, the forms of cooperation and reciprocity generated are based on the concept of HUMAN DIGNITY.
