Looking for entry level or 10+ yearsof experience?

Say youve already identified youre looking for a full time position. With the experience filter you can see just the full time jobs that would work for you. Entry-level jobs? 2-5 years experience? 10 years experience?

If you have 10 years of experience as an electrical engineer youre not interested in entry-level apprentice positions, and conversely, if youre fresh out a school its a waste of time to apply to positions looking for 15 years of industry experience.10

Rather than being just one of the herd, try to send your resume to a warm lead at the company. By sending your resume to a existing connection company, your resume is more likely find its way into the right hands (the hiring manager for the position or HR).

Remember a referred resume is always more likely to make it to the top of the resume stack then a random one.
