Best Cleanness with regard to Material Cleanness and hygienics are inevitable conditions producing for the pharmaceutical industry. We process superior pharmagrades. In addi-tion, our company is experienced concerning supply chain management with special requirements to cleanness. Self-contained stainless steel pipes distribute the plastic granulate from the silo facility to the individual machines.

Best Cleanness with regard to ManufacturingThe manufacturing process is carried out under controlled microbiolog-ical conditions. If necessary, we produce in cleanrooms. Our cleanroom system is certified according to ISO 14644-1 / cleanness class 7.

Best Cleanness with regard to SystemWe guarantee that we adhere completely to our own strict requirements by preventive maintenance and cleaning procedures regarding every single processing area. We train our staff in hygienics and HACCP issues on a regular basis. We secure our future by executing hygienic audits and FMEAs for new developments.
