REGISTRATION CLE Passes cannot be used for Best of CLE regis-tration. The registration fee includes the seminar, a CD with course materials and refreshment breaks. You may register onsite; however, seating is limited, and we reserve the right to limit onsite registra-tion. Also, at-the-door registrants may not receive course materials on the day of the seminar. We make every effort to have enough course materi-als for all registrants, but course materials will be provided first to those who are pre-registered and then on a first-come, first-served basis to onsite registrants. If course materials are not available at the time of the seminar, they will be mailed to you later. Course Materials will be provided in an elec-tronic format only. Smoking is not permitted at the Law School in Little Rock.
CANCELLATIONSFull refunds, less a $50 administrative charge, will be given to registrants whose cancellation is received at least two weeks before the program begins. If you do not cancel and do not attend, you will receive the course materials only upon request.
CLE CREDITThe program has been approved by the Arkansas Continuing Legal Education Board for a total of 30 CLE hours (including 4 hours of ethics) for Little Rock and 12 CLE hours (including 2 hours of ethics) for Fayetteville. Attendees who are licensed in other states are responsible for applying for program credit in those states.
