resource is available and the user is able to book it. There are also reporting
capabilities to let managers know how often a certain resource such as a
projector or room is used. Managers can also run a report and see the need for
things like more banquet halls, training rooms or 10-person conference rooms.
They have that information at their fingertips. It is fast and it can improve their
workflow and their ability to make knowledgeable decisions about their future.
That kind of data can also help managers get the money that they need because
it is accurate information based on real data. They are able to make the decisions
to help move their company forward.
