Fresh-from-the-oven, warm, homemade doughnuts are easy to make with our signature mix. Baked instead of fried, our pumpkin spice doughnuts are made with a hint of molasses and fragrant cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and clove.

Add 1/4 cup of diced crystallized ginger, mini chips, or chopped nuts to the batter.

THIS BOX CONTAINS TWO BAGS OF DOUGHNUT MIX.
1 • PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Lightly spray doughnut pan with non-stick pan spray.
2 • BEAT eggs lightly. Mix in water and oil. Stir in one bag of mix, until well combined.
3 • FILL each ring two-thirds full.
4 • BAKE doughnuts for 8-10 minutes (in a regular-sized doughnut pan), or 6-8 minutes (in a mini pan or doughnut hole pan), until tops spring back when touched. The doughnuts should not brown on top.
5 • COOL in pan for several minutes. Serve plain; or dip in glaze, or non-melting sugar; as desired.
Stir together 1 cup sifted confectioners’ sugar, a pinch of salt, and about 1/4 cup maple syrup. Add extra maple syrup or confectioners' sugar to make a spreadable glaze.
