Invitation Procedure Airport Pickup

In order to get an Invitation letter, the students need to submit the following documents to the University representative-

1. Filled Application Form2. Higher Secondary School Certificate3. Passport Copy.

The Institute offers 24*7 airport pickup services for its national as

well as international candidates. The candidates will be collected by the coordinator of the administrative firm and then transported to the

Kharkiv Aviation Institute.

OTHER GENERAL FEES

A. Application Fees- the Application fees for undergraduate student is 450 US $.

B. Health Insurance- The health Insurance fee is 150 US $.C. Medical Check Up – Fee for Medical Checkup is 150 US $.D. Hostel Fee – Hostel Fee is 550 to 1200 US $ per year. But

the fee varies from sharing of rooms. Fee for a double sharing room costs around 800 US $ per year.

Entry into Ukraine

In order to get entry into Ukraine, foreign nationals require visa of Ukraine. Every students must contact the nearest Embassy of Ukraine in order to get the Ukrainian study Visa.
