“bespoke magasin” is just another way for us here at evencki to share our company with our friends, families, costumers,

critics, and colleagues. Our quarterly issues will highlight varies topics and themes related to the growth of our com-

pany, latest bedroom and linen styles, new product lines, ways to improve our client relations, and a general behind the

scenes of what exactly it is that we do to make your bedroom experience the most comfortable and personal. Our new

publication will also give our customers a way to stay in touch and up to date in regards in which direction our company

is headed. After all, here at Evencki we pride ourselves on our attention to details to make sure all our products are tai-

lored specifically to each customer’s wants and needs, this would not be possible without the customer’s feedback. With

the publication of Evencki’s online magazine our customer’s will feel even more a part of our company, which in turn is re-

ally their company. After all, without customers there can be no Evencki and no fine, customized, hand-made bed linens.

So without further ado, we present to you our very first issue.

We hope you enjoy reading it as much as we enjoyed writing it. Whenever we do anything here at evencki, we always keep

you, our fans, friends, and customers in mind, so if there are any specific topics you would like to read about in the upcom-

ing issues, or have any question you would like answered, or just have general feedback to help our company grow, please

One area in which we are constantly trying to improve on is how we deliver our product. After all, the best part of

ordering customized bed linens is having them in your bedroom. Unlike large corporations, small companies like

Evencki utilize the help of curriers to deliver the product to their customers. Unfortunately currier services don’t offer stor-

age capabilities, so when they deliver our fine linens and no one is home to accept them, they return them to us and we

need to resend them. Often times our customers aren’t aware of how hard it can be to safely and accurately deliver our

bed linens. Sometimes it may take up to three or four times of sending out curriers to finally reach our customers at home.

Here at evencki, we don’t customize each deliver for our clients just to have the package come back to us multiple times.

We believe in reliability and punctuality. So to avoid any deliver delays we are asking for your help. When placing your

order we ask that you take into consideration the times when you are home and able to accept your package. Evencki

also offers the ability to put in your work address, if you are able to do so, after all most delivers occur between the hours

of 9:00 to 5:00, when we are at work. We understand that not everyone will be able to have their customized bed lin-

ens shipped to their work place, but if the possibility exists why not take advantage of it? Another possibility is for our

customers to request the delivery after 5:00, when they come home from work, or to have it delivered on Saturdays.

These are just some of the ways we try to take your bed linen shopping experience as personal as your cus-

tomized bed linens. No one wants to order linens and not promptly receive them. A huge part of our cus-

tomer satisfaction policy comes from customer feedback, so if you have any suggestions as to how we

can make our company even better in supplying you with our fine, luxurious bed linens please let us know.

We take time to read every customer recommendation and try to improve any areas in which we feel we are slacking.

When our founder and CEO first started Evencki, she had one goal in mind, supplying our custom-

ers with the finest, customized bed linens at the best possible prices. She envisioned bedrooms, where

erings. Designer yet with that home-made personal feeling, specifically tailored to each customer’s needs.

bed linens to our customers. More than personally traveling to markets to make sure that the materials we use live up to

our name. More than intimately working with our customers to ensure that their individualized bed linens are exactly what

to our customers and products, our relentless attention to detail, and our personal ambition to making your bed linen buy-

ing experience as memorable as possible. We like to believe image is an overall reputation, grounded in quality, raised on
