Completed in April 2008, the ‘Twins’ are two single family homes that mirror each other in design and construction. Located in the heart of the Fishtown (Philadel- phia), the ‘Twins’ are the FIRST LEED GOLD Certified project in the City of Philadelphia and one of the first in the United States. LEED (Leadership in Energy and En- vironmental Design) is a rating system developed by the USGBC (United States Green Building Council) to grade the eco-conscious construction of a building project.
