Maintained/calibrated electronic and mechanical equipment as needed including meters, temperature probes and transmitters, control valves, strainers and injection systems; corrected abnormal measurement and operating issues. Calibrated/maintained Daniel Senior orifice and turbine meters, aab GC and semiens GC analyzers, moisture, oxygen and ammonia analyzers, pressure, temperature and DP transmitters. Supervised contractor activities and completed numerous public awareness, integrity management smart tools and repairs necessities; maintained current calibration certifications with adherence to Shell Measurement Policies. DCP Midstream, Conroe, TX Dec 2013 – Jan 2015 NGL Pipeline Tech II Pulled composite samples on a regular basis working with another team member, collected batch tickets, and performed I&E Maintenance and Calibrations and Troubleshooting. Verified and replaced pipeline marker signs, controlled pipeline weeds, and maintained daily NGL gas control contact. Performed preventative maintenance on pipelines and pump stations, and monitored filtration on measurement skids. Luminant Mining, Fairfield, TX Feb 2010 – Dec 2013 Fuel Electrician Built cable and raceway systems and bends and installs conduit, pulled and routed control and power cables through raceways, cable trays and conduits. Located, analyzed and corrected malfunctions of electrical and electronic equipment, and performed switchboard work such as wiring new electrical and electronic devices.
