GENERAL CONDITIONS OF TICKET SALES AND ACCESS TO FIB 2012

The acquisition of a ticket represents the acceptance of the following conditions:

1. Your ticket:1.1. The legal nature of the ticket is that of a security or negotiable instrument, inaccordance with legislation currently in force.1.2. There are four different ticket types for FI 2!12:i" #ay Ticket: $rants the right to access the concert area one day only % Thursday&from 1':(! h. to !).!! h.", and Friday, *aturday or *unday % from 1+:!! to ':!! h.The day ticket does not grant the right to access the Festial-s camping areas.ii" (#ay Ticket: $rants the right to access the concert area on Friday, *aturday and*unday, as well as the right to access one of the Festial-s free camping areasbetween /uly 0thand 1)th, 2!12.iii" #ay Ticket: $rants the right to access the concert area on Thursday, Friday,*aturday and *unday, as well as the right to access one of the Festial-s free camping

In any case, these tickets would be sub7ect to thegeneral conditions of ticket sales and access to FI 2!12 described in this document.The purchase of the 8illa9amp ticket only grants the right to use and en7oy thiscamping area as long as the general conditions to 4ccess the mentioned campingarea are fulfilled as published in illacamp.fiberfib.com;condicioneschanged or refunded, all purchases beingfinal, e>cept in the case of cancellation or date changes on the part of FI 2!12.1.. 4dmission, without affecting what is reflected in these conditions with regard tothe right of admission, is contingent on haing a complete ticket in appropriateconditions. Tickets are equipped with different security measures to ensure theirauthenticity. The 6rganisation will not be held responsible for tickets that were notpurchased at official points of sale. 4ny damaged ticket, or any ticket with signs ofbeing counterfeit, will authorise the 6rganisation to deny access to the said ticketholder to the concert enue and, if the case may be, the camping area. The6rganisation reseres the right to take any and all legal measures it deems opportuneagainst holders of counterfeit tickets.1.?. 3ossession of a ticket does not grant its holder or third parties the right to usethe ticket or its contents for purposes related to adertising, marketing orpromotions &including, e>pressly but not e>clusiely, contests, gifts and;or raffles"associated with the ticket holder or third parties. Failure to comply with this pointwill obligate the unauthorised adertiser and;or user to pay a penalty equialent to athousand times the price of the most e>pensie ticket to the eent, without affectingfurther claims for general damages. Furthermore, said ticket will be declared nulland oid immediately.1.). Tickets may only be purchased at points of sale e>pressly authorised by the6rganisation.1.'. In the eent a ticket is acquired through the website www.fiberfib.com, saidticket must be printed by the purchaser &athome print serice". The 6rganisation

1.+ The 6rganisation warns that it has hightech procedures in place capable ofdetecting any kind of photocopied or counterfeited ticket. The 6rganisation reseresthe right to deny access to the holder of a ticket if any anomalies are detected. Thedetection of any fraudulent use of athome printing tools will be persecuted inaccordance with any and all legislation currently in force, including criminalliabilities.

2. Regr!i"g t#e ticket "! it$ e%c#"ge &or 'ri$t("!:2.1. The ticket must be e>changed for a wristband upon arriing at the FI 2!12enue. Tickets can be e>changed for wristbands in the camping areas and the mainentrance of the concert enue.2.2. The 6rganisation will not be held responsible for the care and maintenance ofthe wristband once issuedA the bearer of the wristband will be solely responsible forits care and maintenance. #amaged or broken wristbands will not be admitted. Thewristbands are resilient but not unbreakable.2.(. 6nce the ticket has been e>changed for a wristband in a designated area, thewristband becomes the element that certifies acquired rights. The loss of the

wristband will translate into the loss of the right of admission. The 6rganisationwarns that manipulated, damaged or broken wristbands will not be admitted. If oneleaes the enue, one-s wristband must be perfectly intact in order to reenter.2.. The mere fact of haing a pass for 8illa9amp, without a ticket for the enue&Tickets, I3 3asses and day tickets", does not grant the right to ask the 6rganiBationto e>change for a wristband for the Festial-s enue, or to refund the paid amount.

The (#ay and #ay Tickets, as well as I3 tickets, grant the right to use the FI2!12 free camping grounds between /uly 0thand 1)th, 2!12 &eight days and seennights". 1#ay Tickets do not grant free campingground rights.(.2. In order to access the camping areas, you must first e>change your ticket for

your wristband when you arrie to enic@ssim, since you will not be allowed to set upcamp without it.

Cpon arriing at the FI 2!12 enue, you will pick up your I3 3ass in the4ccreditations 6ffice.D Eou will be able to use the I3 3arking 4rea e>clusiely for I3 3ass holders, whichis right ne>t to the 4ccreditations 6ffice and has a direct access to the I3 ounge,without queues.D The I3 3asses grant access to the FI 2!12 concert enue on /uly 12th, 1(th, 1thG1?th2!12..2. The I3 3asses grant the right to use the Festial-s free camping areas fromHonday, /uly 0th2!12, to Honday, /uly 1)th 2!12, &eight days and seen nights".

. Su$+e"$io" or c"cetio" o& t#e ee"t:?.1. The 6rganisation reseres the right to change, modify or suspend the FI 2!12programme at any time.?.2. In the eent of a total cancellation, the 6rganisation will take all reasonablemeasures to accommodate ticket holders with new dates for the FI 2!12.?.(. In case of any ticket refund from the 6rganisation, the distribution cost thatsales channels apply to the price of the ticket will not be refunded by the6rganisation gien that the 6rganisation is not the recipient of this charge and thisserice is understood to be rendered at the time of purchasing the ticket.

?.. The cancellation, total or partial, of FI 2!12 due to forces beyond the6rganisation-s control will not lead to ticket refunds.

Rig#t o& !*i$$io":).1. 4pplying the article (( of aw 1;2!1! of #ecember (rd of $eneralitatalenciana, regarding 3ublic *hows, eisure 4ctiities and 3ublic establishments ofthe alencian 9ommunity, FI 2!12-s 6rganiBation establishes the followingconditions for admission).2. The 6rganiBation establishes the following requirements in order to grant 4ccessand permanence in the concert enue for attendees under 1):

1. Hinors between 1( and 1? years of age must &a" be accompanied by an adult&b" must pay the ticket price established for his;her age group and &c" theadult, parent or legal guardian must fill in the document in which he;shebecomes responsible for the minor e>empting Haraworld, *.4. from anyresponsibility and confirming the authenticity of all documentation presentedto the 6rganiBation. 4dditional requisites require proiding the 6rganiBationwith the Family ook, I# or 3assport, I# of adult, parent or legal guardian.

For *panish ationals, if parent or legal guardian will not be accompanying

the minor the parent or legal guardian must sign an authoriBation before theational 3olice or $uardia 9iil. If the minor is from a foreign country or acountry in the JC, they will hae to present all documentation that certifiescustody of the minor in accordance to the legislation that corresponds to theircountry of origin.

2. Hinors that are 12 or under must &a" be accompanied by their mother, fatheror legal guardian and &b" they will hae to fill in a document in which theyacknowledge themseles as being directly responsible for the minor,e>empting H4K4L6K# *.4. from any responsibility and confirming theauthenticity of all documentation proided to the 6rganiBation. 4dditionalrequisites require the presentation of the Family ook, I# or 3assport of the

minor and I# or 3assport of the parent or guardian. If the minor is from aforeign country or a country of the JC, the parent or legal guardian mustpresent all documentation that certifies custody of the minor according to thelegislation that corresponds to their country of origin. astly, minors mustcarry their accreditation on them during the duration of their stay in theenue and must be isible at all times. The accreditation must hae theirname, surname, nationality and the contact information of their mother,father or legal guardians and mobile number of the parent or legal guardianwhose name is on the minor-s accreditation.

The 6rganiBation will hae permission to make photocopies of the documentationturned in by adults, mother, father or legal guardian for their archies. Hinors will be

e>pelled if seen consuming alcoholic drinks or smoking tobacco.

The 6rganiBation has a right to e>pel minors who infringe any of the preiouslymentioned requisites for access or permanence in the enue. J>pulsion from festialgrounds will not result in ticket refunds.

).(. 4ll rights regarding image, name, copyrights, patent rights and any rightsderied directly or indirectly from artistic representations or any otherrepresentations deried from the Festial are resered. Filming and recording of anysound and image without preious written consent from the 6rganiBation is strictlyforbidden. It is, therefore, strictly forbidden to access the enue with cameras

used in different on any isual;audioisual deice during the celebration of theeent. 4fter the festial, attendees e>plicitly agree to the posterior use of theseimages by the 6rganiBation or third parties in whicheer media and promotionaldiffusion the FI engages on both for promotional or commercial use.

).?. The 6rganiBation reseres its right to e>pel any person that does not comply tothe terms e>pressed in the 2ndand (rdpoint preiously mentioned without thisgenerating the refund of any quantity paid when purchasing the ticket.

4.I"teectu +ro+ert5 "! i*ge rig#t$:'.1. 4ll intellectual property and image rights deried, directly or indirectly, fromthe artistic performances and;or actiities taking place as part of FI 2!12 areresered. 4s such, the capturing, filming or recording of images or sounds withoutprior written authorisation from the 6rganisation is strictly forbidden.+.2. 4ttendees consent to appearing in images taken by authorised media channelsfor future promotional and;or commercial distribution by FI 2!12.

7. Leg re$ere:

The 6rganisation will e>ercise its right to take legal measures, both ciil andcriminal, as it deems appropriate against the perpetrators of any attempts of fraud,breaking and entering, and;or damages caused to the 6rganisation, directly orindirectly.
