About Kohler Generators Consumer Financing:

• This revolving credit account is offered by Comenity Capital Bank to Kohler Generators Credit Account customers as a value-added service that can help you compete and close more sales. Comenity Capital Bank will handle all banking and Customer Care related to the consumer’s credit account.

• Kohler Generator Dealer/Contractors apply to Comenity Capital Bank for approval into the program. Standard banking credit procedures will be applied and Kohler Generators will not have control over the approval process.

• Dealer/Contractors pay a fee to Comenity Capital Bank each time promotional financing is used by one of their homeowners. Merchant Discount Fees will be deducted from the payment the Dealer/Contractor receives from Comenity Capital Bank at job completion.

• In offering this credit account issued by Comenity Capital Bank, Kohler Generators’ expectation is that financing will be used to purchase products from us whenever possible. Products we do not sell, such as concrete, can be included in the financing as well.

*NO INTEREST MINIMUM PAYMENT PLANNo interest if paid in full within 6, 12, 18 or 24 months. Interest will be charged to the Customer’s account at the variable APR of 27.99% from the purchase date if the purchase balance is not paid in full within the promotional period or if payment is late. Minimum monthly payments are required for this plan during the promotional period.

**LOW APR EQUAL PAYMENT PLAN7.99% APR if paid in full within 24 or 48 month plans. 6.99% APR if paid in f ull within 36 month plan. 9.99% APR if paid in full within 60 month plan.
