■obtain pre-approval from your Sun Life Financial Regional Sales Director.

■if you’re an advisor within the MGA channel, complete the reimbursement form available in your Strategic PartnerProgram kit, sunlife.ca/advisor or by contacting [email protected].

■if you’re an advisor within the National Account channel, submit your expenses through your firm’s expense policy.

■submit the completed form and all receipts or proof of purchase (original or scanned copies) to:

For full reimbursement requirements, please refer to the reimbursement request form.

Approved reimbursements are processed bi-weekly and issued via electronic funds transfer (EFT). If you’re not currently set up to receive reimbursement from Sun Life Financial via EFT, please contact [email protected].

IMPORTANT

■For all expenses, we require receipts or an invoice marked with a PAID stamp.

■Please submit reimbursement forms by February 28, 2018.

■Expenses from a previous benefit period cannot be carried forward into a new benefit period.

GUIDELINES FOR USING THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ALLOWANCE

The business development allowance supports activities that have reasonable potential to develop future business with Sun Life Financial. To qualify for the 2017 Strategic Partner Program business development allowance, these activities must:

■ include a business component, ■ occur between March 1, 2017 and

February 28, 2018, and ■ be pre-approved by your Regional

Sales Director.
