hardest hit area in the US. Pray that people will humble themselves, pray and seek God’s face and                                    

repent . (2 Chronicles 7:14)      

✞ Pray for President Trump, Vice President Pence, Governor Cuomo, Mayor de Blasio and other                            

leaders as they make difficult decisions. May the Lord give them wisdom and strength to bring the                                  

outbreak under control.   

✞ Pray for families who have suffered loss or have loved ones facing serious illness .   

✞ Pray for the front lines (healthcare workers, first responders), essential workers (police officers,                          

pharmacists, supermarket workers, postal workers, transit workers, etc.) and their families .   

✞ Pray for a safe and effective COVID-19 vaccine to be developed timely and ethically.

Unfortunately, we have often                                  leaned towards man's wisdom through self-help books, self-enrichment formulas, and even                      Christian books. We've forgotten to turn towards God's Word which has been time-tested. When                            we look to the Book of Proverbs, we can find success in the Christ-centered wisdom that                                guarantees true success in life. Join us for an adventure into Proverbs in this coming bible study                                  quarter in the lobby today!

  Join us Friday nights to reflect on the book of Romans, Paul's greatest work, which is placed first  

among his thirteen epistles in the New Testament. While the four Gospels present the words and   works of Jesus Christ, Romans explores the significance of His sacrificial death. Using a question    and answer format, Paul records the most systematic presentation of doctrine in the Bible.   Romans is more than a book of theology, it is also a book of practical exhortation. The good news of   Jesus Christ is more than facts to be believed: it is also a life to be lived - a life of righteousness    befitting the person, "justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus."
