BENDEMEER PRIMARY SCHOOL 24 February 2020 Dear Parents Online Travel Declaration r March School Holiday 1 The March school holidays will commence on 14 March and end on 22 March 2020. The school requires you to make a travel declaration if your child is travelling overseas during this period. 2 The travel declaration r all Primary 1 students is compulsory, regardless of whether the child is travelling out of Singapore during the holidays. A nil retu is required even if the child is not travelling. For Primary 2 to Primary 6 students, please complete the declaration only if your child is travelling during this period. There is no need to make a nil declaration if the child is not travelling during the school holiday. For parents who have access to Parent Gateway app You are required to update the Parent Gateway app (PG) to the latest version, as the travel declaration ature is now available on PG. You may do the travel declaration under the 'services' tab. If you have more than one school-going child in different schools, travelling to the same location, you can do the declaration at the same time. If your school-going children are travelling to different locations/on different dates, please do the declarations separately. Do remember to tick against your child's name when doing the travel declaration. You may rer to the attached instructions r rerence. For parents who do not have access to Parent Gateway app You are required to update your child's travel declaration through the school's Leaming Management System, which is the AskNLeam portal. The URL is https://lms.asknleam.com. Your child's userid and password are both BPS + last 6 characters of his/her BC/FIN number, eg. BPS12345A. The online travel declaration can be und under the 'My Tasks' tab aſter logging in. You may rer to the attached instructions r rerence. 2 The travel declaration for all Primary 1 students is compulsory, regardless of whether the child is travelling out of Singapore during the holidays. 3. Select child
4. Select Yes/No and fill
in details where
applicable
5. Select appropriate
period before clicking
on ‘Done’

How to access your Travel Declaration Form

1. Log in into your home computer2. Open Internet Explorer/Chrome
3. Type lms.asknlearn.com
4. Select ‘Primary’ and ‘Bendemeer Primary School’
5. Key in your User ID and password. User ID and password are (BPS+last 6 characters of your child’s BCnumber) for eg. BPS12345A. Login as Student/Teacher.

7. Select Travel Declaration Form – T1 2020 School Holiday
8. Click accordingly
9. If Yes, fill in all the information needed then scroll down and then click Save
