• Benchmark Estimating founded in 1996 by Rob and Lynda MacDonald after the development of Benchmark Estimating Software.

• Privately owned, family run business

• Offices: Nowra (HO), Newcastle, UK




• Late 90 s - early 2000 s: Benchmark Estimating Software ′ ′selected by several major road, civil, commercial landscaping & government organisations as their standard estimating system

• 2006: Benchmark Estimating UK office established.

• 2011: Benchmark Estimating Partner Channel established

Benchmark Estimating Software used by over 2,000 users across Australia, New Zealand and the UK
