Summer Sunshine School smart
Projects organizers
AIESEC Benak projects are based on exchange, which means that in most of our projectsforeigner students participate and get involved in their organisation . at the begining of eachnew term, a list of the projects planned for the year is held by the project managment department .
Summer Sunshine Schoolwhere foreigner students come to teach their native langage SSS is in its fifth edition andencounter a great successby improving from year to year
Where the project organizers go to schools , to teach kids about ART and how much it’simportant in their daily life . each week, their will be workshop delivred by artistabout specific topic likeArt, drawing, music, painting
At the begining of each project an application form is open by the project managmentdepartment for the members who want to get involved in the organisation of the concernedproject .after that, a team will be created where each member of the team has a specific role in the organisation this project . The team will be leaded by an OCP, his team members will have roles like : responsible of communication, responsible of external relation, responsible of finance and logistic
Code of conducts
Respect and tolerance and sharing knowledge should be present values in each team member toward his co-worker
Each member who is inactif for more than 20 days without preventing his department teamate in advance, will receive a warning from the talent managment vice president . and if he dont answer to the warningduring 15 coming days, he will be deleted from the GIS system and will not be considered as an AIESECer anymore Once an AIESECER, you will have the opportunity to express yourself and implemente your ideas and live your print in AIESEC Benak. So dont hesitate to get invloved in the projects, give feedbacks what ever they are good or bad, do not stay passive, and let your voice be heard
Interact with the other team members, and exchange with them, because successful projects include a strong team work
Keep always in mind the reasons why you have joined this association and work depending on them
Keep in mind that you reflect the image of the Association while working on a project, so try to be as professional as you can while dealing with responsibles (for the venue, sponsorship) , attendies (in case of conferences) and all the outsider's . The internal events,national/international conferences , internships, are part of the learning process that an AIESECER should pass through, so each member has to be part of it, or his AIESEC journey will be incomplete .
