Let us know your required shade and we will mix your special colour. you will be our guest for a day at our swiss colour laboratory – develop the colour you need for your project, and the leading coating manufacturer worldwide will apply it to your selected parent material. We then produce your optimally planned façade profile from this.

Our “standard colour chart”, with its large selection, is already in a class of its own. And best of all: all colours are available in base material aluminium for all products from the BEMO range – even for all connecting pieces – always in the same shade. Naturally, the same applies for the approx. 40,000 colours from our “supplementary range”. These can already be delivered from a project requirement of 500 sq.metres. All gloss grades are available, from matt to high gloss.

TEKOFIX provides security when planning. a special, web-based OHTC program allows the design of your façade to be exactly calculated, taking punctiform thermal bridges into consideration, as required by the current ENEv. TEKOFIX OHTC tables are the perfect calculation basis for the planner. We provide structural pre-dimensioning “online” for all common substructures. and we create a structural analysis on request.

above all, uv radiation has also intensified considerably in our latitudes in the past years and decades. Many common paint systems therefore lose their “shine” relatively quickly, or fade completely. after just a short period of time, lavish repainting with all of its negative environmental impact often becomes inevitable.

BEMO recommends the BEMO-FLON paint system for all façade products made using aluminium as base material. BEMO-FLON is a fluoropolymer coating with exceptional UV resistance and best chemical characteristics. Its hydrophobic surface, similar to that of Teflon, allows for complete removal, e.g. of graffiti using the BEMO-FLON cleaning agent. Connection parts such as window frames or doors can be painted using the same original colour shade as the façade covering, and can therefore be visually adapted to the principal area.

as a covering material for back-ventilated curtain façades, as an underside covering or when used in the interior – our façade composite panels are used everywhere, where there is a design requirement for flat surfaces in high quality. They are comprised of two high-quality aluminium cover sheets and a plastic core in the specification “flame-retardant“, or with an “incombustible“ core when higher fire resistance is required. They can be fixed with screws and rivets visible, or invisibly with glue or as a clipped coffer.

Individually cut sizes can be laid in a random structure, offset or in a grid – and naturally, you have a free choice of colour. The high-quality BEMO-FLON coating thereby ensures that the colour remains true for a long time.

Especially in residential buildings, but also in industrial and commercial buildings, corrugated profiles are an attractive and sustainable façade solution. When combined with the numerous possibi-lities in colours, surfaces and materials, they give your building a special touch.

Design variants are provided by the various profile geometries. Evenly profiled geometries appear harmonious from a distance – unevenly profiled geometries increase the surface appearance. The BEMO trapezoidal profiles are suitable for covering coffer systems, for direct assembly on the substructure for unheated buildings, or as a covering for back-ventilated curtain façades.
