‘CMC BemlieseTM’ has been demonstrated to a number of leading clinicians.Based on their feedback, we have collated a number of product ideas:
1)Different absorption capabilities- We can provide a range of products that can deliver the optimum balance
between absorption capacity and conformability/comfort for specific wound types
2)Availability to laminate with other materials, enhancing clinical benefits
e.g. laminate with unmodified ‘BemlieseTM’ or films
3)Availability of easy stitching
e.g. pre-shaped products such as masks or glove type dressings
1)Exudating wounds – Bridging Hydrofiber® and super absorbents- Thinner than current combination products and higher absorbency than
current hydrofibers.
2)Cavity wounds- Shallow cavity wounds or deep wounds with small openings would be good
application targets due to thinness and flexibility of CMC-BemlieseTM,with less danger of overfilling
- CMC-BemlieseTM can be cut or shaped easily so that it could be used as NPWT filler
3)Post surgical wounds incl. prevention of surgical site infections- Hemostasis property of CMC-BemlieseTM helps for first 24 hours.- High transparency of CMC-BemliseTM helps wound monitoring
after 24 hours.
