Interview RemindersPlanningBody languageThe best way to beat the stress of an interview is to be prepared. Before going to the interview, research the school online. Know about the program you are applying to, and other organizations or activities that the school offers. Impress your interviewer! Be a candidate who is truly interested! Also, brainstorm some intelligent questions ahead of time you can ask about the school.

Give your interviewer a firm handshake and smile when you first meet them. Sit up straight, try to maintain eye contact when giving your responses, speak clearly, and stay alert. Try not to get distracted by planning your answers in your head instead listen to the interviewer when they are talking. Don't be afraid to take a deep breath and pause for a moment to pull together your response.Brainstorm answers to some common questions the representative may ask you..Why do you want to attend ________ college/university?Describe a time you displayed leadership, teamwork, overcame a challenge, etc.Why do you want to major in _____?What will you contribute to our campus community?
