What will I learn?

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) offers a set of tools and techniques to explore and put in motion the power of the unconscious. It creates opportunities to dive into the manual of your mind; develop new ways of thinking; learn how to give a different meaning to events and circumstances.

You will get to explore your purpose, mission and identity and set compelling outcomes for yourself. Challenge your ways of thinking, reprogram new habits and shape new behaviors. Develop your flexibility so that you have more choices and influence over situations in life.

Program format

NLP Practitioner consists of seven full days of intensive training in a small group (max 14 participants) to ensure maximum benefit.The learning is through the trainer’s presentations on the modules combined with practical & interactive exercises and moderated group discussions.Throughout the course, participants will take on several assignments to practice and demonstrate their acquired knowledge, flexibility, acceptance and team work.

Certicication

Upon successful completion of the course, the participants will receive the Life Spheres NLP Practitioner Certificate, accredited by ANLP, the Association of NLP.

About the trainer

Eleni Sarantinou is a certified NLP Trainer and Life Coach with a wealth of experience in multi-cultural environments, running NLP based programs in several countries. She gets up close and personal by sharing her own experiences and combines different styles to analyze behaviors and patterns. Her mission is to facilitate momentum and focus on what is important in an enjoyable atmosphere and inspiring setting.

Venue

A majestic landmark on the 5-star Mediterranean overlooking the sea, the InterContinental Phoenicia Beirut is situated along the famous boardwalk “Corniche,” a few minutes from the city’s business and banking district, and the ever lively and entertaining “Down Town” city centre. Beirut International Airport is only a few kilometers away.

With its grandeur, outdoor cafe culture and European architecture it is often called the “Paris of the Middle East”. Lebanon is of course also famous for its cuisine: a mix of Arab, Turkish, and Mediterranean influences. It enjoys a worldwide reputation for its richness and variety as well as its health factor. Beirut enjoys a balmy climate and in September you will experience warm, dry days and long, cool evenings (24–30°C).
