Lesson 1 LO: To explore the idea of moral courage.
In Year 3, you thought about facing physical fears, e.g. the dentist, spiders, etc.
Make a list, in your notebook, of different kinds of fears, e.g. being unpopular.
The most common fears, amongst 10-11 year olds, in the UK are…

Peer PressureSometimes people will do the wrong thing in order to fit in with their
peers (people who are around the same age as them).If you know that something is wrong, dangerous or could upset someone else, you should NEVER do this to fit in with others.
It’s important that you always stand up for what’s right - even if that means you don’t fit in with others.
