An integrated system with a halogen lamp which turnson only in the first few minutes of work of normal, andthen goes out automatically when the fluorescenttubes have reached their maximum luminosity. Thehalogen lamp is in conformance with CEI EN60432-3norm in force.

The relationship between the consumer and the environment in whichhe lives is increasingly closer, the future of the planet depends on thechoices we make everyday, large ones and small ones.Beghelli has always chosen to contribute to the planet’s well-beingthrough energy savings. From this point of view the Beghelli IntegratedCompact Fluorescent lamps, thanks to their reduction in energy use,make an important contribution to reach the objectives of the contain-ment of greenhouse gases which also benefits the consumer with con-siderably reduced energy costs.The shapes and luminosity available can substitute any type of incan-descent lamp with an equivalent fluorescent lamp.
Together with increased efficiency, the compact fluorescent lamps gua-rantee a much longer average lifespan than that of incandescentlamps. The Beghelli CFL lamps have an average lifespan of 10,000hrs*, whereas the incandescent lamps have an average lifespan of only1,000 hrs.This 10:1 ratio translates directly into an economic advantage in termsof infrequent replacement, and makes it cost effective to use compactfluorescent lamps instead of incandescent lamps.The new integrated electronic circuits also allow for a much higher totalswitch-on number, usually 10,000.

TheCompact Fluorescent Lamps switch on immediately thanks to integratedelectronic circuits.
Equipped with pre-heating cathodes, these lamps also function wellwhen they are frequently switched on and off.The output stabilisation time (Run-Up) is in conformity with the regula-tions mentioned in the “CFL European Quality Charter” (*).The excellence of the Beghelli Compact Integrated Fluorescent Lampsis confirmed by the A Class energy efficiency rating given to all of themodels (**) .Compared to traditional incandescent lamps, the Fluorescent seriesCompact 10000, Globo 10000 and Spiral 10000 lets you save up to80% energy, with light output being equal, and guarantees an averagelifespan of 10,000 hours: 10 times the average lifespan guaranteed bytraditional filament lamps.

Beghelli Compact Fluorescent Lamps save energy even in installationswhich do not permit the use of long light sources, at the same timeguaranteeing a comfortable light output. They are available in severalcolour tones to meet the needs of any type of installation. The light is produced by converting the visible lengths of the UV radia-tion emitted by mercury gas vapours ionised by the current which runsthrough the tube. The different types of powder (phosphors) used to cover the inside of thelight bulb produce the different colour tones and chromatic intensity.
The fluorescent lamps, together with the appropriate ballast, guaranteea long lifespan and drastically reduce maintenance costs. Available for use with conventional or electronic ballast.

Compact LSingle tube compact fluorescent lamps. Less than half the normal length, these compact lamps nonetheless guarantee the same luminosity aslinear lamps with the same wattage. They are highly efficient (lm/W) light sources with good colour rendering guaranteed by Tri-Phosphorustechnology, and are particularly recommended for use in situations where good light output is imperative: offices, shops, factories, etc… (alsosee EN12464-1). The Compact FL lamps have a four pin base to connect with electronic ballast and therefore they can be used in direct cur-rent circuits too. Used connected to electronic ballast provided with pre heaters they can also be used in frequent on-off and/or dimmable cir-cuits.

For this reason the Compact DD lamp series are particularly efficient for use with flat illumination devices in small areas. Beghelli Linear Fluorescent tubes combine the best luminosity and illu-mination quality thanks to the elevated light output and the excellentcolour rendering. They are available in different colour tones to meet theneeds of differing installation requirements. The light is produced thanks to the conversion into visible radiation ofthe UV emission generated by ionised mercury vapour gases whencrossed by an electrical discharge which passes through the tube.
The different types of phosphorus powder used to coat the inside ofthe glass tube allows to generate high colour rendering indexes andmany colour temperatures. The Fluorescent tubes, combined with the appropriate ballast, guaran-tee their long lifespan (up to twenty times longer than normal incande-scent lamps), thus permitting the installation of lighting equipmentwhich needs little maintenance.

Fluo T5 HO TrimaxHigh light output Fluorescent tubes with good colour rendering guaranteed by tri-phosphorus technology are recommended for use in areaswhere high quality colour rendering and high light output are needed in small appliances. 1. ConformityBeghelli linear Fluorescent tubes have been manufactured in conformi-ty with the regulations and directives norms in force, especially with theCE/98/11 directive: the average guaranteed output is higher than 95%of the declared amount and the energy used is less than 105% of thedeclared amount.The light output of the Fluorescent tubes depends on the ambient tem-perature. The nominal value, for both T8 and T 5 lamps, refers to 25°C. For the T8 lamps the output measured in an ambient of 25°C representsits optimum efficiency. For T5 lamps the maximum light output flux wasobtained in a 35°C ambient. This feature allows the lamp to perform at itsbest within lighting fixtures.
2. Light outputThe light output of the Beghelli Fluorescent tubes has been measuredin accordance with the directives in IEC60081 and defined after 100hours of stabilisation.
3. Working positionThe T8, T5 Std and T5 Trimax linear Fluorescent tubes guarantee per-fect working in any position. The T5 HE and T5 HO lamps, when instal-led vertically, should have the Beghelli logo marked on glass at thelower end.
4. LifespanThe lifespan of Beghelli fluorescent T8 lamps is 10,000 hours whenworking with conventional ballast and 15,000 hours when with electro-nic ballast in conformity with the EN61347-2-3 and EN60929 publica-tions. The lifespan of theT5 HE and HO Fluorescent tubes is 15,000hours when working with ballast which are in conformance with theEN61347-2-3 and EN60929 normes in force.
5. Power supplyThe ballast connected to the lamps is essential for their correctoperation. In order to respect the declared data, the lamps mustbe associated with those conventional or electronic ballast asrequired by Beghelli and in conformity with the EN norms for safe-ty and performance. Linear and compact Fluorescent tubes working with electronic ballastallow a considerable energy saving. The use of electronic dimmableballasts with pre-heating feature is the best solution for lighting efficen-cy and eye comfort.

Beghelli professional discharge lamps have the most efficient light out-put/energy use ratio available. They are highly reliable and have a farlonger lifespan than any other type of light source.The light is generated by the electricity that crosses the discharge tubeinducing to its emission the substances there contained. The favoura-ble efficiency, measured in lumen per watt, can get close to 150making the discharge lamps ideal for the illumination of large areas.
Discharge lamps can be divided into three families, according to thetype of substance used to create the light:- Sodium lamps- Metal halide lamps- Mercury vapour lamps

High pressure sodiumHigh Pressure Sodium lamps are composed of a quartz cylindrical discharge tube containing a mix of sodium and mercury which, when heatedby the electrical current which passes through the discharge tube, produces light whose intensity corresponds to the temperature and pressurereached by the internal mixture. The lamp has a ellipsoidal or tubular external borosilicate glass bulb which assures its resistance.In the case of the opal bulb, part of the non visible radiation is converted to light and adds to the improvement of colour rendering. The high pressure sodium lamps are particularly recommended to illuminate industrial areas and shops, for road and outdoor lighting and whe-rever colour rendering is less important.Beghelli offers two new products in the high pressure sodium lamp range: Twin Arc lamps, which integrate two discharge tubes in the same bulb and guarantee immediate switch-on even after black-outs and a doublelength lifespan resulting in less maintenance operations.High efficiency lamps with a higher lm/W ratio that allow to save up to 15% of energy if compared to standard high pressure sodium lamps.

Metal halideMetal halide lamps are made of a quartz discharge tube containing a mixture of mercury vapours enriched with other substances (halides). Theelectrical current introduced between the two electrodes of the lamp heats the mixture and creates luminous radiation which the presence of thehalides turns white, producing a high level of colour rendering light output. The lamp has a ellipsoidal or tubular external borosilicate glass bulb which assures its resistance and helps to eliminate the UV radiation whichthe discharge process provokes. In the case of the opal bulb, part of the non visible radiation is converted to light and adds to a further impro-vement of colour rendering. The metal halide lamps are particularly recommended for use to illuminate industrial areas and shops, and wherevercolour rendering is important.Beghelli Halide lamp technology permits their use as substitutes for the common high pressure sodium lamps. Metal Halide lamps must be used in appliances equipped with protective glass.

Mercury vapourMercury vapour lamps are made up of a quartz discharge tube containing mercury. The current introduced between the lamp’s electrodes heats themercury and vaporises it, resulting in luminous radiation. The lamp has a ellipsoidal or tubular external borosilicate glass bulb which assures its resistance. The diffusion bulb, treated with phosphorus, con-verts part of the non visible radiation which contributes to greater colour rendering.Mercury Vapour lamps are particularly recommended for the illumination of outdoor areas such as parks, squares, town centres and for road lighting. 1. VoltageTo increase the life and performance of the lamp it is important torespect the nominal voltage of the lamp - ballast circuit keeping it bet-ween the following tolerances :Mercury vapour (VM) +/- 10%High Pressure Sodium (HPS) and Metal halide (MH) +/- 5%
Peak current: According to the type of ballast, during lamp ignition the current mayreach a peak as high as twice the usual operating value. Therefore theprotection fuse installed on the fixture must be able to withstand thissituation ( we advice to use a delayed fuse with a current value equalto twice the nominal one).
2. StartersHPS and VM technology lamps can be used with dimmed starters (witha 50% maximum dimming level) but with full power start up. Using adimmer system with MH lamps could bring the rapid aging and shortlifespan.See the lamp to ballast/starter association tables at the end of thischapter.
3. Switch on and hot restrikeHPS Sodium lamps, when used in the appropriate operating circuit,switch-on immediately and reach their full illumination (warm-up) after 5-10 minutes. In order for them to be switched on again after having been recentlyswitched off, a cooling off period sufficient to reduce the starting volta-ge to the value of the impulses generated by the starter is needed. HPS type lamps can normally be switched on again within 15 minutesafter they have been switched off.

4. WorkingTo prevent rapid aging discharge,lamps must not be subjected torepeated switch-on-off cycles. MH lamps can sometimes differ in their colour tones due to the diffe-rences in voltage, different starters and other differing characteristics ofthe appliances themselves. To ensure a long lifespan, and in order for the lamps to fall within thenominal data reported, they must be used in the manner and positionrecommended by this catalogue.
5. Safety:It cannot be excluded that under particular and exceptional circumstan-ces, the lamps could explode. HPS and MH type lamps must be usedin enclosed appliances protected with diffusion glass able to containglass fragments should an explosion occur. Using lamps with broken, even minimally cracked, external bulbs is notpermitted as it is dangerous. At the end of their lifespan, HPS and MH lamps could cause a strai-ghtening effect of the current absorbed which could provoke dange-rous overheating. HPS and MH lamps must, therefore, be used inassociation with thermal protective starters.
6. Lifespan:If properly used as intended by the manufacturer, discharge lampshave a long lifespan. The graphics on the other page indicate the per-formance standards of the various Beghelli discharge lamps.
7. End of lifeThe end of the life of a discharge lamp is usually indicated by strongchanges in colour of the light output, reduced light output and the fre-quent switching on/off of the lamp.In order to protect the components of the appliance we recommendthe immediate substitution of the light sources which provoke theabove phenomenon.

Beghelli halogen lamps are an exceptional mix of the luminous qualityof reliable incandescent lamps and efficiency.The results are lights with a life span four times that of normal incande-scent lamps. Halogen Lamps • Technical specifications
1. Light fluxThe halogen cycle which characterises this particular type of incande-scent lamp gives the lamp a longer lifespan than that of a traditionalincandescent lamp. The normal decay of the tungsten filament is retar-ded by the halogen which returns the vaporised particles back to thefilament, reconstituting it. This also ensures a constant luminous outputover the entire lifespan of the lamp.
2. TemperatureHalogen lamps are characterised by their small size. This particular feature makes them a valuable component for the deve-lopment of lighting appliances for interior design and accentuatedlighting. When used,it must be taken into consideration that about 90%of the energy consumed by the incandescent lamp is transformed intoinfrared radiation, therefore heat. Particular attention must be paid to the fact that they can heat the illu-minated surfaces and the surrounding areas. Lamps with aluminium reflectors, although distinguished by more effi-ciency, concentrate all of the radiation (visible and invisible infrared) ontothe space lit by it. Lamps with dichroic reflectors concentrate only part of the heat in thefrontal area, dispersing a considerable amount of it (>60%) from theback.
3. Power supplyThe overall characteristics of incandescent lamps in general, and thehalogen lamps are no exception, are directly influenced by the powersupply voltage. Small fluctuations in the power supply correspond tostrong variations in output (see figure on the side). The lifespan of the lamp is directly correlated to the power supply.All halogen lamps can be used in combination with dimmers, in whichcase one must consider the resulting decrease in temperature whichthe use of dimmers imply, resulting in a loss of efficiency in the halo-gen cycle. To maintain the characteristics of the lamps over time we recommendfull output use of the lamps after periods of dimmed use.
4. Power supply wiresParticularly when using halogen lamps fed by low voltage it is a goodidea to keep in mind the reduction of voltage fed into the cables whichconnect to the power supply (mA) and which passes through them.Elevated higher voltage can bring about overheating of the wires them-selves with subsequent problems. Attention must be paid to the size of the conductors choosing the cor-rect dimensions and calculated in consideration of the possible volta-ge increases which can affect the lifespan of the lamp itself. The lengthmust also be limited in order to reduce heat loss.
5. Low voltage lampsLow voltage halogen lamps must be connected to a feeder which redu-
ces the power supply voltage to the appropriate voltage for the lamp.Both traditional and electronic transformers can be used, but in eithercase some precautions must be kept in mind.
- The feeder system must be placed as near to the power source as pos-sible to minimise drops in voltage and loss in the conductors. Whiledoing this keep in mind the temperature of the device itself when in use,as well as that created by power source.
- Choose feeding systems of proven quality, even better if certified bycompetent entities and anyway in conformance with the laws in forceregulating applicable technical manufacture.

6. LifespanHalogen lamps have a definite lifespan in conditions of nominal use,and in accordance with the number (50%) of lamps still in use. The life-span of a lamp, apart from being determined on a statistical basis, isdirectly related to how it is used (see figure below) and therefore it ispossible that, as a result of the power source, position and mechanicalstress, the lamp can have a lifespan different from that declared.
7. Safety- the components associated with the halogen lamp must be chosen
keeping in mind the conditions in which it will be used, in particularthe appliance must be able to support the temperatures created bythe lamp and the energy level (mA) which will pass through it.
- Every time the lamp is replaced it is a good idea to check on the con-ditions of the appliance and replace it if damaged in any way.
- When halogen lamps are used in substitution of other lamps, carefullyevaluate the various consequences of the heat levels they provoke.
- When connected directly to the energy supply source, halogen lampsare characterised by high starting voltage (mA) which must be sup-ported by the dimensions of the appliance into which they are pla-ced.
- The end of the life of a halogen lamp can manifest itself in variousways: among which an unnatural increase in current (mA) use (twicethe nominal amount). The appliances into which they are placedmust be constructed in conformance with the technical regulations
as stated in EN 60598-1.- The end of the life of a halogen lamp can also manifest itself, in cer-
tain exceptional cases, with the vaporisation of the filament and pro-voke an explosion. Before placing them in their appliances, makesure that the lamps have been certified for use in open facedappliances, otherwise use only in appliances with protective coveringas called for in EN60598-1 regulations.
- All Beghelli halogen lamps (except the linear ones) have been madewith UV-Filters and therefore reduce UV radiation emissions to belowthe established safety levels.
- WARNING
- Do not touch halogen lamps with bare hands, the tiny dirt and grea-se particles left on the quartz glass could reduce its resistance andsubstantially modify several of the lamp’s characteristics.
- Do not touch the lamps while they are on or immediately after theyhave been switched off. The high temperatures could cause burns.

ENVIRONMENT
RAEE 2002/96/CE DirectiveThe amount of waste produced by the disposal of electric and electro-nic products (RAEE) is increasing rapidly, and among these are a greatamount of light bulbs (incandescent lamps with filament are excluded).The main goal of the directive is to prevent the RAEE from being throwninto dumping grounds or incinerators and thereby cause even moreenvironmental damage.The 2002/96/CE Directive has therefore tried to introduce a controlmechanism which calls for controlled management of the spent lightbulbs so that they can be put to other uses or recycled. The legislativemechanism further promotes the concept of designing these items insuch a way that they can be more easily disposed of, both in terms isdisassembly and material.In the case of lamps, a “visible fee” charged at the point of purchasewould be collected for the financing of the collection, management andrecycling of spent RAEE’s.All parts of the marketing and sales mechanism chain would be calledupon to contribute, in economic terms or in terms of activities, so thatthe spirit of the directive be respected and the environment safeguar-ded. In Italy the directive was accepted with Decree 151 on July 25, 2005and later integrated with other practical provisions.
The main obligations are:The manufacturer (in the widest sense of the term, and mainly the com-pany which places its brand name on the item and those who importfrom other countries) is responsible for the waste disposal costs of itsown products when they become obsolete. The retailer must accept the spent items if the same item is replaced bya new one. The consumer is called upon to intelligently manage the item when it hasbecome obsolete by depositing it in the appropriate disposal bins, returnit to the retailer or follow the instructions of the manufacturer. Beghelli has always been sensitive to environmental issues and is oneof the founding members of the ECOLIGHT consortium, to which it paysthe entire “visible fee” collected.
Buying products from companies which adhere tovolunteer associations for the collecting and recyclingof waste products is a responsible action which helpsto safeguard the environment and our future. The products which are included in the RAEE directi-ve can be identified by the symbol shown here ( ver-sion without the bar also exists).
RHOS 2002/95/CE DirectiveIn order to facilitate the collection and recycling of electric items andprevent the accumulation of hazardous substances, the EuropeanCommunity has promulgated the RHOS directive, acknowledged inItaly with the same decree as the RAEE directive, that is, Decree 151on July 25, 2005.The title of the directive is clear: “Restriction of the use of certain hazar-dous substances contained in electric and electronic appliances”.Article 5 of the Decree, which lists the contents, formalises the ban ofsix substances mentioned and writes:As per that which has been established in attachment 5, starting onJuly 1, 2006, it will be illegal to sell new electric or electronic applian-ces of the categories mentioned in attachment 1A, as well as incande-scent lamps containing lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chrome,biphenyl polybrominates (PBB) or Polybrominated diphenyl ether(PBDE).
Exceptions to the derogations of this directory are included, in particu-lar there will be no ban on the mercury contained in the compact fluo-rescent lamps and fluorescent lamps containing mercury in quantitiesnot superior to the permitted level. CE/98/11 Directive: energy labels
With the aim of making the consumer more aware of using energysaving light sources, the European Community has promulgated, in1998, the CE/98/11 Directive regarding labels indicating the energyefficiency of domestic lamps. The directive was adopted in Italy with theJuly 10, 2001 Decree. The directive applies directly to electric lamps for domestic use whichare fed by domestic electrical power, including incandescent and com-pact Integrated fluorescent lamps, as well as fluorescent lamps fordomestic use, including linear fluorescent lamps and the non Integratedfluorescent lamps, even though they are sold for non-domestic use. Excluded from the application of the directive area) other lamps with a luminous output of more than 6,500 lumens (lm), b) lamps with potency inferior to 4 Wattsc) lamps put on the market or sold for use above all with other energy
sources, such as batteries.
The directive calls for the lamps to have cha-racteristics according to the test methods aspublished in EN50285 and that they havetechnical documentation (generally on thebox) energy labels complete with lifespan data(in hours), light output (lm) and power (W).Class A lamps are the most efficient.
The EN50285 publication also establishes, apart from the how to mea-sure the parameters useful to energy classification, other information asshown in the table below.
The lamp energy efficiency index is calculated on a diagram establi-shed by the Directive which compares the measured light output withthe amount of energy the lamp actually uses. The calculation formula reported below refers to fluorescent lamps withintegrated starter belonging to Class A.

Sales terms and conditions
1. PURCHASE ORDERS – DRAWING UP OF THE AGREEMENTSProduct purchase orders must be issued in writing. Placing of the order is irrevocable. Should the Purchasersituation change, the Seller reserves the right to execute the orders even partially, or to withdraw from them,even as to the leftover part. All the cooperation programs, the orders, the commissions and the agreementsare considered finalized upon the Seller’s written or oral confirmation or anyhow upon the invoicing and/orthe delivery of the product ordered. Only the orders with min. packaging are accepted.
2. VARIATIONS AND MODIFICATIONSAfter finalizing the order, all modifications or integrations to the order content and terms will be valid andoperative exclusively upon sending of a varying confirmation from the Seller to the Purchaser. The Sellerconfirmation or varying confirmation text will always prevail against all other documents.Should the Purchaser not accept the different conditions compared with his order, he will notify it within 20(twenty) days from the confirmation date. On the contrary, the varying confirmation will be considered aswholly accepted.
3. ACCEPTANCE MODESeller will not be responsible for the non-acceptance of the order, and/or for the missing or delayed sup-plying of the products ordered. The order acceptance and execution are specifically depending on the avai-lability of the products ordered as well as on the absence of any event that might affect the product avai-lability and the delivery timeliness.
4. DELIVERY TERMSDelivery terms stated by the Seller are just as an indication.The delivery terms expressed in days are usually referred to working days.Should the Purchaser require any delivery term modification, it must be accepted by the Seller in writing.Any delivery delay, as well as partial or total supply stoppages and/or suspensions, even if not owing to cir-cumstances beyond control and/or fortuitous events, will not entitle to the compensation for damagesand/or indemnities of all kinds nor to interests, except for the Purchaser right to withdraw from the purcha-se order, subject to bringing a default action against the Seller for at least thirty days from the date of receiptof the A.R. recommended letter sent by the Purchaser.
5. FORCE MAJEUREBy way of purely indication and explanation, but not compulsory, the following events are considered as aforce majeure:strikes, lock-outs, riots, job actions, fires, natural calamities, impossible product supply, transport hold-upor difficulties, shipping delays, shortage of raw materials, authority measures, suppliers defaults and, gene-rally speaking, all the unforeseeable events, which are beyond the Sellers reasonable control. In thosecases, as well as in case of fortuitous events, the Seller reserves the right to suspend and/or delay the deli-very of the products and/or to withdraw from the purchase orders, even if already confirmed, without rightfor the Purchaser to ask the Seller for the compensation for damages and/or indemnities of all kinds, inclu-ding direct, indirect and consequential damages.
6. DELIVERY -TRANSPORTThe goods always travel at the risk of the Purchaser, even if sent “free port” and/or by a vehicle of the Seller,and the Seller does not accept any claim for product breaking and/or pilfering. Products will be deliveredat the Seller’s registered office of Monteveglio (Bologna).Transport fees are at the Purchaser’s expense. The Seller does not accept any return package.
7. CLAIMS – PRODUCT REPLACEMENTOnce received the product, the Purchaser will check the status and the quantity of the products comparedwith the delivery note. Any claim for quality, quantity and product type will be issued in writing within 8(eight) days from the receipt of the goods. After this period, except for the warranty conditions of the singleproducts, no claim can be issued both for the type, the quality of the goods, and the goods general condi-tions. For no reasons, the Purchaser can return the products without previous written authorization by theSeller, nor delay and/or wholly or partially stop the payment of the invoices, neither in case of claims. Shouldthe Seller retain that the claim is well-grounded and proposed according to the warranty terms stated onits booklets supplied with the single products, the Seller will replace the non-compliant product accordingto the delivery terms of the first supply. All Purchaser’s rights to withdraw from the order or to get any com-pensation for expenses and/or damages are therefore excluded. The right to replace the product claimedis forfeited if the product is not properly maintained, kept at the Sellers’ disposal and immediately returnedto the place decided by the Seller.
8. PRICESPrices quoted in the Seller’s price-list are not binding; therefore the Seller reserves the right to change themtill the time of the product delivery.Prices are excluding VAT and any other fiscal charge.
9. PAYMENTSAll the payments will be done according to the terms and conditions stated by the Seller at its registeredoffice of Monteveglio (Bologna) or to the person stated and authorized in writing by the Seller. Should anypayment be delayed, the defaulting Purchaser will have to pay the Seller the overdue interests starting fromthe contract due date till the settlement, for the amount of the “prime-rate” in force time by time (as statedby the Associazione Bancaria Italiana - ABI) increased by 5 (five) points, except anyway for the compensationfor the most serious damages suffered. The non-compliance to the payment terms by the Purchaser willallow the Seller to withdraw from the relevant supplying contract immediately and to suspend the deliveryof all the products ordered, without notice. Therefore, the Seller will have the right to claim for the imme-diate payment of all the credits and to operate for getting the compensation for the damages suffered.
10. RETENTION OF TITLEThe products are sold under the retention of title agreement and remain propertyof the Seller until complete payment of the relevant price is made.The Purchaser commits to notify the third parts of the issuing and effect of this retention of title agreement,and to protect the Seller rights resulting from it.
11. PLACE OF JURISDICTIONAny dispute or objection arising from the interpretation, the validity and the execution of the order or howe-ver relating to the contracts which this sales general conditions are applied to, will be exclusively referredto the jurisdiction of Bologna.
