1. Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 126, s. 2001 entitled Declaring the Month of December of Every Year a s Rizal Month, the National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP), in collaboration with other government agencies, local government units (LGUs) and the private sector shall conduct the simultaneous Rizal Day Flag-Raising and Wreath-Laying Rites on December 30, 20 18 at 7:00 a.m. in celebration of the 122nd Anniversary o f the Martyrdom of Dr. Jose P. Rizal at the following regions and venues:
