Because BrightWall® panels are 100% waterproof, they will never rot, warp, or discolor. Any water passing through the wall from wall cracks, or other penetrations, will run behind the panel down to the waterproofing system below.

Efflorescence from the concrete (chalky, white stuff on basement walls) will not affect the panels and be encapsulated behind them. Stored items such as cardboard boxes, or basement finishings, can be in contact with the BrightWall® panels without the worrying if they will ever get wet.
