Lamb Stew

Ingredients:

2- 1/2 lb. lamb neck chops Sensitivity, warmness, kindness, strength

2 tbs. lamb fat *see lamb chops

2 tbs. butter/margarine Spiritual growth, tenacity, wisdom

2 carrots Fertility, luck, grounding (eat seeds to conceive)

2 beets Beauty, love passion

3 large potatoes Healing, Prosperity, compassion

Onions Protection, purification, prophetic dreams

Parsley Domestic tranquility, prosperity

Salt Cleansing, purification, grounding, protection

Pepper Protection, Banishment, Cleansing

Chives Protection, Diet spells, Use to break bad habits

4 cups beef broth Grounding, prosperity, protection, strength

Directions:

Use a little on the fatty side lamb chops. Trim some of the excess fat and cook it down in a large pot or

Dutch-oven. Prepare the carrots, beets, potatoes and onions and set aside. Cut the meat into pieces,

and trim away the rest of the excess fat. No need to remove bones. Place the meat in the hot fat and

brown. Repeat with the onions and carrots. Add broth, salt, and pepper to taste. Place potatoes on top.

Cover pot and simmer gently until meat is cooked. Remove from heat. Pour off the cooking liquid into a

separate sauce pan, allow to cool some, skim off grease, and then reheat. Add butter to the reheated

liquid in the sauce pan. Pour heated liquid back over the stew. Sprinkle with chives, and parsley and

serve hot. Great served with wild rice.
