Welcome to the 32nd Annual Kentucky Farm Bureau Beef Expo! This event is the place to be for producers looking to upgrade their herd genetics or youth seeking a project for the upcoming livestock show season.

The Beef Expo has enjoyed sales of more than $1 million for six years in a row. It’s a proud annual tradition in the leading beef cattle state east of the Mississippi River. And it takes place in one of the leading venues of its kind in the nation, the Kentucky Exposition Center, with 1.2 million square feet of enclosed, climate-controlled exhibition space.

Kentucky Department of Agriculture staff will be on hand to check the health papers of every animal that enters the fairgrounds and help run the shows and sales. If I or any of my staff can help you with anything, please don’t hesitate to ask.

While you’re in Louisville, we hope you’ll take the time to dine in some of the dozens of restaurants that serve Kentucky Proud foods – delicious local foods grown, raised, processed, and/or manufactured in the Commonwealth. With over 478,000 members, Kentucky Farm Bureau is actively involved in ensuring that Kentucky agriculture remains a strong and vital element of our Commonwealth’s economy. A big contributor to that economy and in integral part of Kentucky agriculture is the beef cattle industry.
