complies with Sustainable urban Drainage Systems (SuDS), and its durability and strength makes it ideal for large and demanding projects. In addition, its bespoke composition makes it a perfect match for projects with creative and complex architecture.

Eight Polystorm tanks will manage approximately 1.9 million litres of

stormwater on site, operating seamlessly underneath the car park and landscaped area. Compared to traditional legacy materials, the Polystorm soakaway solution is superior, robust, durable and lightweight. It offers controlled and sustainable ways to reintroduce water run-off back into the ground, alleviating flooding and eliminating silt and contamination.

Polypipe Middle East worked closely with lead consultants,

BuroHappold and Bin Dalmouk, both experts in engineering

and design consultancy. The project team also worked with

main contractor, Al-Futtaim Carillion, to ensure timely and

successful installation. Al-Futtaim Carillion had an existing

relationship with Polypipe in the UK, and so trusted the

solutions put forward for the project.
