Upon issuance of Invoice, any cancellation of registration by the participants are liable for full fee payment. Course materials will be provided upon receipt of payment. No cancellation is allowed after payment is made. Substitution of participant is allowed. The organiser reserves the right to change or postpone the date of the programme. The organiser reserves the right to replace the trainers as deemed necessary. In the event of programme cancellation by the organiser, the full fee paid will be refunded.
