Once you are employed, there after employability is in your hand

Build your career in one skill area (domain) and go deep in to it. Later you can choose which

horizontal/vertical path or role you need to grow

Career is always a check & balance and one would not seek only vertical / horizontal

growth. Your skills and organisation/positional/business requirement matters

Soft skills cannot just originate only from upbringing alone (family/culture), it needs a structured

exposure, assignment and finishing schools plays a lot here

Don’t be particular about your employer / college brand, your talent is the brand!

Technology career especially in IT is like sports or a cinema industry. Your growth declines after

the year of 40+ Unlike Doctor/Lawyer/Charted Accountant. Talent is your fair-and-lovely!
