been so excited and looking forward to meeting you.

i wanted to share my thoughts on how beauty has

moved on and still continues to excite me and keep

me on my toes.

one of the hottest developments in beauty that i’m

really excited about is the 360 degree approach that

qvc offers. this up-to-the-minute and educational

approach allows you, as the customer, to understand

and customise your own individual ‘beauty plans’.

so what do you need to know? i want you to step

back from your current routine in all areas of skin,

make-up, hair and nails, and analyse and re-evaluate

what results you are getting and if these are enough

for you or not? with new research, revolutionary

ingredients and new delivery systems, products are

constantly being improved or launched with the

possibility of a new result, but i’m most excited

about the 360 degree approach i’m now able to

share with you.

with supplements we can look at results from the

inside and offer greater nutrition to the skin, hair

and nails. electrical machinery that’s now available

for home use penetrates deeper than creams and

stimulates new cells allowing you to get greater results

than ever before. even make-up technology has moved
