Phase 1: Personalised beauty massagewith Essential Oils

Choose the 2 Essences Oils, based on your clients beauty goals.

First part of the massage (10 minutes)

Using the rst Oil, begin performing the welcome massage to makephysical contact with your client.

Perform the 10 exclusive Mary Cohr steps. Repeat each step twice.

Continue with your own massage techniques.

Second part of the massage (10 minutes)

Using the second Oil, repeat the 10 exclusive Mary Cohr steps, combinedwith your own massage techniques.

Welcome Massage

Apply a drop of oilto your clients forehead

and massage it into her skin,using 1 or 2 ngers andworking upwards and

downwards. Apply pressure

to her upper lip and back, andforth movementsover her plexus.

Massage your clientsdcollet and neck,

working back and forth,in a V form.

Massage along the napeof your clients neck, then

apply pressure tothe occipital cranial ridge.

Pour the contents of the sachet (10 g)into a bowl and add 30 mlof water (room temperature).

Mix together until you obtaina smooth paste.

Apply to your clients faceand leave on for 10 minutes.

Remove with a spatula.Rinse, apply lotion and gently dryyour clients skin.

Then, apply the productsthat are best adaptedto your clients skincare needs.

Show your client the beauty results.
