With the right strategy, the house edge on Blackjack is only 0.8%.

This means, for every $100 wagered, the casino can expect to make just 80c.It’s not much, but still a profit to them. (And that’s a “worst case” scenario for

The best possible hand to get is a picture card and an ace (called Blackjack) asthis is counted as 21 and can not be beaten, you can only draw if the dealer alsohas Blackjack!

If you don’t have blackjack you have several options

You can ‘Hit’ which means get another card dealt to you from the dealer.

You can ‘Stick’ which means your happy with your hand and don’t want anymorecards.

If you have 2 of the same cards (for example two jacks) you can ‘Split’ whichmeans you double your stake and play with 2 hands, you are dealt another cardfor each and play each hand separately.

If you think the next card is lucky you can ‘Double Down’ which simply meansyou double your stake and are dealt just one more card – In effect you arebetting that the next card will be a lucky one for you.

Now if you follow the strategy below you will be playing the perfect blackjackhand every time, and THIS can give you the playing edge.

To play through the required amount quickly, it’s best to play the multi-handversion of blackjack.

This will allow you to play 3-5 hands at once and therefore play 3-5 timesquicker.

To start with, place a $1 bet on each spot and play according to the strategycard. Treat each hand as a completely separate bet.

If you lose a hand, don’t worry, just play the next hand.

Over time, you will find that you will win ~50% of your hands and lose ~50% ofthem – so it will average out to breaking even.
